Right or Wrong
Over the past few months
I’ve wondered
What I did wrong to deserve
What you put me through
All the put downs
All the hurt and pain
Each time he hit me
What did I do wrong?
Did I really deserve
What he gave me
If so…….fair enough
But if not then why?
I really need to know
He taught me
I was nothing
And lowered my self-esteem
And now I have none
All because of him
